Registering a new account
If you need to request an eLINK account*, visit https://elink.bwsr.state.mn.us, click Register, and follow the on-screen instructions to request an account. Requests are typically approved within two business days.
*If you had an eLINK account prior to March 2023, your account has been migrated from the old system. However, your login ID is now your email address.
Resetting a password and locked accounts
If you have an account but have forgotten your password, visit https://elink.bwsr.state.mn.us, and click the "Forgot your password" link. Follow the instructions on the page to have a temporary, system-generated password emailed to you. After using this password to login, you may change your password by clicking on your email address in the upper right corner of the screen, selecting My Account, and following the instructions on screen to reset your password.
If you had an account and do not remember the email address associated with the account, your email has changed, or you are locked out of your account, email elinksupport@state.mn.us with a subject line of “Account Assistance”; provide your name and indicate the organization(s) you are currently affiliated with.
