Registering a new account

If you are a new user to the eLINK system, go to: http://elink.bwsr.state.mn.us/elink and click Create Account on the login screen, fill in the required fields, and click the Register button. BWSR staff will activate your account within a few days. If you need an account activated more quickly, contact your Board Conservationist. 

Resetting a password and locked accounts

If you have an account and know your username, go to http://elink.bwsr.state.mn.us/elink. Click Forgot Password, enter your username and email, and click Reset Password.  A new system-generated password will be emailed to you.  After using this password to login, you may change your password by clicking your username in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting Change Password. 

If you had an account do not remember your username, your email has changed, or you are locked out of your account after too many failed password attempts, email elinksupport@state.mn.us with a subject line of “Account Assistance” and provide your name and the organization under which you were registered.
