The Martin SWCD is poised to work with producers on Phase 2 of Clean Water Fund-backed nitrate-reduction work affecting Budd Lake, a source of Fairmont’s drinking water. With an EPA grant available through the MPCA, Phase 1 covered 100% of producers’ costs.
