Program Purpose

  •  To support the restoration of native plant communities in areas impacted by terrestrial invasives or noxious weeds. 

Program Goals

  • Support collaborative efforts that manage invasive species, address emerging weed threats, and restore native plant communities using an integrated, ecosystem-based approach. 

Eligibility

Cities, Counties, Joint Power Boards, Soil and Conservation Districts, Counties and Tribal Governments and Commissions or Consortiums representing Tribal governments are eligible for this program. Other organizations may consider applying in partnership the eligible applicants to help develop and run a weed management program.
