1W1P Mid-Point Grants
BWSR offers One Watershed, One Plan Mid-Point Grants for evaluating and amending approved comprehensive watershed management plans developed under the One Watershed, One Plan program. Please see the RFI and the Mid-Point Grants section of the One Watershed, One Plan page for more information. Requestors may contact their Board Conservationist or the One Watershed, One Plan Coordinator (Julie.Westerlund@state.mn.us) with questions or if they need assistance when submitting a response to the RFI.
Eligible Org. Types: Counties, Watershed Districts, Soil and Water Conservationist Districts, Local Government Joint Powers Entities
How to Submit: Requests must be submitted through eLINK. NOTE: Find this opportunity in eLINK by clicking on "Funding Opportunities" under the "Request Funds" heading in the side menu, not the "RFI Opportunities" under the "Request for Interest (RFI)" heading.
Request deadline: FY26 requests must be submitted in eLINK no later than 4:30 pm on April 30, 2026.
