BWSR provides grants to our Technical Service Area (TSA) partners to deliver essential engineering and associated technical services for critical soil and water conservation and water quality practices and projects on private lands through shared engineering and associated technical services provided by and through member Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCDs).
