(Time: 18:11)  This is the second of two training modules on the topic of wetland hydrology monitoring – offered as an auxiliary part of the Wetland Delineator Certification Program (WDCP) basic wetland delineation course. It covers installation of shallow monitoring wells and piezometers, measuring water levels, and data interpretation.

The basics of drainage and why it is done, installing drainage, the wetland hydrology technical criterion, the terms “effectively drained” and “lateral effect”, and drainage setback tables. (Time: 15 minutes)
