New tool speeds ID, evaluation of potential water storage sites

BWSR staff developed a framework and related tools to make it faster, easier and less expensive for local governments to evaluate potential water storage sites. A grant from the Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources funded the project, which was tested in the Buffalo-Red River, Yellow Medicine River and Cedar River watershed districts.
