Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) Guidebook

Minnesota's SWCDs, MASWCD, and BWSR jointly produce the SWCD Guidebook to provide information to the public about the conservation programs and services that are delivered through SWCDs across the state.

BWSR provides financial, technical and administrative assistance to SWCDs, so that state soil and water conservation policy is implemented based on local priorities.
